CNCDC organized training programs for employees to improve their capacity for two carbon goals - carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality. First, emphasize the strategy "leading" under the idea of "the efficiency and transformation" according to the 14th Five Year Plan of China Coal Group, and find out "the Two Carbon" methodology and implementation roadmap. We organized 4 training seminars on-site and on-line with the participation of more than 430 times. We invited experts from China Coal Group and other companies to give lectures on coal, electric power, coal to chemicals, renewable energy, which helped staff to have a deeper understanding of the industry and application of energy industry development in practical business under the background of "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutralization". Second, focus on "low carbon-related business" and value-added service as the comprehensive energy services provider based on the demand of the end-user. With the commitment of "Serving for the Public", CNCDC is implementing projects related with "Two Carbon" targets, including better service, low carbon energy development, employee capacity building, combining the demand of the end-user with CNCDC’s strategy.
